This loft conversion in a semi-detached house in Cambridge Road Horsham gives the owners 2 extra bedrooms and a shower room.
The loft conversion is an L-shaped dormer at the rear of the property with Velux windows at the front and to the sides. The build finished in October and had a slight delay due to Covid lockdown and subsequently getting hold of materials and delivery.

It always looks so much better when the staircase is in as access is easier to progress the build and you get a better understanding of how it all fits together. Adding a Velux dome above the stairs brings some natural light to a generally darker area.
